The Wall Cycling Studio, located in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia, PA, is a boutique, female-owned fitness studio that is dedicated to helping you move joyfully and be your best you! We offer a variety of cycling, barre, sculpt, and fusion classes that keep your workouts intense and never boring! You will love our instructors who create workouts that you can customize to your fitness level and goals. We are an inclusive space that believes movement is for everyone, and our member are not just clients but friends. Vicki has been a member of The Wall since it first opened in 2012. She loved it so much she became a Level 3 (Elite) Certified Spinning® Instructor! When you take her classes, expect eclectic playlists and challenging work efforts that push you to your limits! When not in the studio she can be found training for her next race or hanging out with her 6 senior rescue chihuahuas! She also spends time with her “studio hubby” Brian and her stepchildren Michael and Katie.

Director of Client Experience
Chelsea has been teaching at the Wall since 2019 but has been a member of our community before that. Specializing in Barre and Spin, you’re guaranteed to get a heart pumping workout when attending one of her classes. She received her Barre certification through Exhale and Rebounding Certification through Bellicon.
Chelsea is an East Falls native who always wanted to take her passion to the next level and instruct others. You’ll catch her walking around the neighborhood with her dog Penny and boyfriend Francisco, tending bar at Taqueria Amor or in the studio working up the next days adventure. Expect a fast-paced class jamming out to Bad Bunny, Daddy Yankee and EDM tunes.
Lawyer by day, fitness instructor by night, cat mom 24/7/365, Cait has been teaching at The Wall since 2019. Using her extensive background in ballet, Cait teaches barre with a ballet focus on form and functional fitness. Cait also loves teaching spin, spin & sculpt, cycling & lower body burn and TRX fusion. You can expect her playlists to be filled with female hip hop artists and a side of millennial nostalgia.
Elaina fell in love with The Wall as a client in 2017 when she was new to Philadelphia and looking for a community. Fast forward a few years and she became an instructor so she could help others find a sense of community they may be looking for, while growing stronger, and having fun. Her playlists contain everything from remixes of today’s hits to songs that predate the iPhone and anything that has a heavy beat.
Shannon is a new instructor but she’s not new to The Wall after being a long time client. Working as a Certified Athletic Trainer in Division I Men’s College Basketball for nearly 10 years, Shannon is ready to get in the saddle and bring her skills to our clients! Her background allows her to provide clients with proper form cues and exercise modifications that meet their fitness needs. While climbing heavy hills and performing plenty of jumps you can expect her playlists to feature lots of 90’s and 2000’s classics.

Alessandra began her instructor journey at The Wall in 2023. Her competitive athletic background began in 2017, when she rowed and coxswained collegiately for the Thomas Jefferson University Women’s Rowing team. Following a diversified training plan, she fell in love with indoor cycling as it provided a great balance of heart rate, resistance and strength training.
Alessandra pursued a career as a fashion designer, and this only fuels her fabulous music and exciting movements on the bike! You will find her energetic playlists consist of pop driven tunes mixed with rock classics and hits throughout the eras. When she’s not in the studio, she’s spending time with her pup, Hazel, fashion illustrating, or playing gigs with her band!
Maggie is a lifelong athlete turned fitness enthusiast. She is an endurance athlete with a love for running, swimming, and biking who centers her workouts around whatever race she has coming up next. In order to maintain a team atmosphere while training for solo races, Maggie has turned to group fitness. She loves The Wall for both the physical challenge of the workouts and the community as well.
Outside of the studio Maggie is a healthcare worker, working in the field of physical rehabilitation. She enjoys reading, learning, and watching a variety of sports. Maggie began teaching at The Wall in 2023 and is excited to be a leader within her community. Expect classes full of pop music, physical challenges, and motivation to push yourself past your previously believed limits!
Annie joined The Wall in 2023 after teaching spinning for several years at gyms in the Philadelphia area. A lifelong lover of fitness, she discovered spinning while a student at Temple University as a way to cross train while she trained for half-marathons. She loves teaching spin with a strength component, so expect to get a full-body workout when you take Annie's classes!
A grant writer by trade, Annie lives in Manayunk with her husband and two energetic boys. When she's not teaching spin, you can find her running on the CHT or enjoying some coffee or a drink on Main Street!
